Job Purpose

Responsible for strategizing, identifying, acquiring and then managing alliances and partnerships to grow our memberships business.

Compensation

Competitive fixed compensation with in-built quarterly incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

Bundling of memberships including BFSI, fintech and sellers of high-end products and services like Developers, Jewelers, Architects etc.
Listing of the memberships on publishing platforms including digital networks, points redemption platform, loyalty programs etc. to provide distribution and reach
Database tie ups and promotions to Airlines, Rotary Clubs, select RWAs etc to promote memberships to that base at a special offer

Lead partnership discussions, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, terms of service and finalize partnership agreements to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, product, and finance, to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new merchant partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners across levels, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Monitor end user traction on the products, experiences hosted by merchants and provide continuous feedback to the merchants
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by merchant partners centrally, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Education, Experience & Competencies

Required: Bachelor's degree in tech or business Recommended: Master’s Degree – MBA	Technical Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys Understanding of B2B sales processes and D2C user growth methodologies Ability to organize and manage / lead a team	Behavioral Growing Value Innovating with clients Driving Agility Influencing for sales Collaborating with clients and TLC Teams
Experience
10+ years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, merchant partnerships, Experience in services business serving high profile customers would be preferred
