Role And Responsibilities

  1. Manages organization level initiatives, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and objectives are achieved
  2. Assist Chairman to review organization & leadership performance against defined KPIs and organization health (pulse)
  3. Lead and coordinate high priority/special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman, collaborating with stakeholders across departments to drive successful outcomes
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the Chairman's strategic objectives and promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  5. Identify potential risks, manage change and address stakeholder concerns within internal programs, to drive leadership buy-in & ensure successful implementation
  6. Work closely with external consultants/stakeholders and other financial services partners to prepare ensure effective implementation of long-term incentive plans for N-1 & N-2 roles
  7. Manage resource allocation for special programs, including budgeting, staffing, and procurement, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving program objectives
  8. Drive organizational growth through leadership development and talent management strategies for executive operations

Desired Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree – BBA / B.Tech / B.Com
  2. Master’s Degree – MBA – Added Advantage
  3. 6+ years of experience in business strategy or management consulting
  4. Project management
  5. Stakeholder management
  6. Resource management
