Role And Responsibilities

  1. Lead the sales & business development vertical for TLC B2B technology products in domestic markets
  2. Lead the research and identification of potential clients or customers who could benefit from the TLC’s services & tech products
  3. Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and build trust
  4. Present the company's products or services to prospects through seminars, leadership forums, events while taking support from TLC Brand marketing team
  5. Provide leadership support for negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product development, support & internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives & customer needs
  7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for business growth
  8. Oversee collaborative alliances with other organizations to realize new growth opportunities
  9. Forecast sales targets and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue projections to management
  10. Build strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with existing key accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals
  11. Ensure feedback from clients and prospects are provided to internal teams to improve products, services, and sales processes

Desired Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree – BBA / B.Tech / B. Com
  2. Master’s Degree – MBA (Sales & Marketing) – Added Advantage
  3. 15+ years of sales experience in B2B technology products or services, with a track record of leading sales function for enterprise-level clients.
  4. Prior experience in hospitality sector would be an added advantage
  5. Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  6. Knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipeline and customer relationships
  7. Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation
  8. Proficiency in contract negotiation and deal structuring
