Orchestrate product development, configuration, and maintenance within agile pod structures
comprising cross-functional technology resources.
Own development, configuration, and maintenance costs for respective products or offerings,
adhering to financial projections and ensuring profitability; capture the scope of
requirements and proposed timelines.
Ensure product-related glitches and challenges are resolved within the defined turnaround
time as per the defined service level agreements.
Supervise required product upgrades as well as the launch of new versions of horizontal
products.
Interface with stakeholders across the organization to mitigate any potential risks and
product challenges.
Establish and supervise the software development process with the highest quality levels.
Define goals and metrics for product launch and product operationalization.
Set appropriate performance measurements for various engineering sub-functions and build a
metrics-driven team, baselining through continuous improvements.
Assist marketing and sales teams in creating materials that highlight product features and
benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product technology standards, industry trends, emerging
technologies, and software development best practices by participating in product technology
conferences and referring to and writing white papers and thought leadership.

Required: Bachelor's degree – BBA/B.Tech/B. Com
