Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and potential partnership
opportunities within the B2B tech sector and hotel loyalty business.
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with TLC services offerings and
B2B technology solutions.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual
benefit for both parties.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and mutual
understanding of business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of alliance strategies with overall
business objectives and offerings.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels within partner organizations to drive engagement
and maximize value from alliances.
Provide support and resources to enable partners to effectively promote and sell TLC
services and technology offerings.
Communicate alliance progress and outcomes to internal stakeholders, providing regular
updates and reports on partnership activities.
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree – BBA/B.Tech/B. Com
Added Advantage: Master’s Degree – Certifications in partnership management
8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and alliance
management in hospitality industry or Technology consulting
Proficiency in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements
Knowledge of legal and contractual aspects related to alliances
Basic understanding of TLCs underlying tech stacks
