Reporting and involvement of hotel teams in the above three points on every initiative
taken to ensure
ongoing engagement
Program Marketing and create partnership through Direct Sales, Corporates, Hotels Sales etc.
Also responsible for
garnering data opportunities.
Utilizing various Partnership Opportunity Tools like curated memberships, digital campaigns,
promo codes etc.
Managing sales Managers- Recruiting, training, oversight and presence in the hotel. Also,
responsible for renewal
conversion and new Sale per person
Contact Centre Management- Recruiting, training, team oversight and performance
Desired Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales of software services, preferably in hospitality technology
or a related industry.
Fair to strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest
services, and technology
trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
technical concepts to nontechnical audience.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the sales and training of hospitality technology solutions, such as property
management systems,
point-of-sale systems, guest experience platforms, or related products.
Strong tech/digital background will be an added advantage
