Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource
allocation.
Coordinate marketing projects efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and
within budget.
Prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate with digital marketing, brand marketing, content and creatives and customer
experience teams to ensure smooth delivery of requirements
Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools for tracking project progress and
identifying potential bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and
product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any
concerns or questions.
Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change
requests
Production Adoption:
Define and ensure the execution of the brand research strategy for TLC. Ensure brand
parameters are tracked at
regular intervals and feedback is incorporated in the brand plan/strategy.
In collaboration with Digital Campaign team, lead and manage standardized and frictionless
implementation of
TLC DigiTech’s brand initiatives
Develop corporate advertising campaigns over social media and development of media strategy
Oversee the creation of key themes and messages to elevate the image of TLC DigiTech’s brand
Lead TLC DigiTech’s brand purpose and positioning across the TLC markets through relevant
stakeholders’
engagement
Oversee sponsorship opportunities in industry seminars, conferences and other relevant
events
Oversee the development of brand KPIs to monitor brand progress and its health and the setup
of digital metrics
and processes to monitor efficiency and efficacy of media budgets
Desired Profile
6+ years of proven track record as a project management or related field
Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software relevant to the organization's projects
Preferred experience within Marketing function in branding/ brand management/ brand
analytics in a
progressive tech organization or hospitality
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
