Role And Responsibilities

Testing in an Agile SCRUM environment, in short Continuous Delivery cycles.
Working with stakeholders and external vendors on large programs to engage, coordinate, and report on testing activities.
Product stack of Salesforce, Digital portals, Inbound and Outbound Documents and Records Management, Reporting and Analytics - highly desirable
Create manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Understanding of various software Development Life Cycle Models (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle
Extensive working experience on Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, and Compatibility Testing and Regression testing.
Active participation in org-wide technology initiatives to uplift capabilities and maturity.
Assist in the identification of new procedures, methods, and/or tools to improve the efficiency of the QA process
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr).

Minimum of 5years software quality assurance.
Assist in the identification of new procedures, methods, and/or tools to improve the efficiency of the QA process.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Expert-level knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, including Agile methodologies.
