Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of quarterly paid media channels plan, focusing on scalability
  • Oversee the planning, creation, management, measurement, and optimization of campaigns across paid media channels
  • Effectively allocate and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality creatives and run A/B tests for optimal engagement
  • Analyze performance marketing data using BI & analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO and SEM campaigns and optimize keywords based on performance
  • Align SEO with organizations broader goals, ensuring organic generation and growth of interest in TLC or partner brands
  • Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, collaborating with tech and product teams for landing page optimization
  • Onboard and execute campaigns with vendors/affiliates, ensuring quality leads and conversions
  • Assess pilot programs, identify opportunities, and implement solutions for performance improvement
  • Verify that the digital marketing team is constantly updated with market trends by ensuring availability of appropriate upskilling opportunities

Desired Profile

  • Required: Master’s degree in a business-related or technical field (MBA/MS/MTech)
  • Added Advantage: Master’s Degree – MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing in for technology services businesses
  • Knowledge on the documentation of paid media channels
  • Campaign Management and Optimization
  • Budget Allocation and Management
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
