Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Individual to lead our technology function and be responsible for overseeing our enterprise level tech deployments and the development and implementation of our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage our existing technology deployments on Salesforce CRM, Heroku, MuleSoft and NodeJs integration layer and front end Apps and Websites on Ionic
  • Ensure all tech change, development and management follow best practices for processes, info security and deployments
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy with cross functional teams that aligns with the hybrid policy of using tech platforms from paid to open source and the use of new technologies like AI and its use cases for our business
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and oversee compliance
  • Manage business systems, infrastructure, IT policy, and project management departments, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation
  • Participate in enterprise level decision making as a key Member of our Leadership Team
Education, Experience & Competencies

Required: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with some certifications in organization and leadership management

Technical

  • Prior experience of working on Salesforce including solutioning
  • Experience of Enterprise level solutioning and management of technology including CRM, integrations and customer front end solutions.
