Lead the overall TLC DigiTech’s HR strategy of the organization, in line with corporate
strategy
Play the enabler/partner role in realizing the intended business performance and positioning
of TLC DigiTech by driving employee engagement, culture, mindset shift, and change
management towards employee as well as customer centricity (to ensure that all employee
needs are catered to, to increase employee engagement and satisfaction)
Shape the overall TLC DigiTech Culture and Values, in line with the vision and purpose of
the organization
Oversee the development and monitoring of initiatives that enhance employee experiences to
promote TLC DigiTech’s values and culture
Optimize organizational structure design of different businesses and departments to achieve
fulfillment of strategic objectives, while driving efficiency and cost reduction
Oversee workforce planning requirements of businesses & functions as per business
requirements
Oversee the execution of sourcing strategy that ensures optimized recruitment channels,
tools
and processes in line with corporate strategic requirements and prevailing laws
To stay informed with latest legal developments and ensure that the organization is
compliant
with the HR statutory requirements
Lead Talent Development and Talent Management efforts, to assess talent levels and ensure
the
development of key personnel to ensure a robust succession pool for them
Steer the Learning Strategy of the organization to be informed of all learning needs and
learning programs within the organization
Ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with corporate objectives, budget and employee
expectations
Attract, retain and develop high quality talent and focus on rewarding talent through
rewards
programs and initiatives
Lead the design and implementation of periodic performance management system within TLC
Guide the reporting of performance levels and achievement of departmental and individual
goals
Lead and mentor the HR team in achieving the company goals
Act as the HR representative of TLC DigiTech and regularly make public appearances in the HR
forums
Desired Profile
Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology or
other
related fields
Recommended: Masters in HR Management or other related fields
SHRM or other professional certifications
13+ years of proven track record in Human Resources in hospitality industry or technology or
service-based industry 6+ years of experience of leading HR function is a must
