Role And Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive business reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align reporting outputs with business objectives.
Oversee and ensure the integrity of data collection, storage, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Lead a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and innovation.
Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
Manage databases, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and scalability for future needs.
Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance decision-making

MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
1-3 years in business reporting, analytics, or a related field (fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
Strong knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven people management skills including managing and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality outputs.
Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
