Our Company

We were set up by hospitality industry professionals with founder Directors having held senior marketing positions at Oberoi Hotels. Our corporate office is in New Delhi and we have offices in Mumbai, Kolkata and Nashik.

Committed and Trained People

Our team comprises of approximately ten senior marketing professionals, fifteen Programme Managers, a fifteen person dedicated technology team, an administrative set-up of 30 persons and about 500 call center agents.

It is our constant endeavor to recruit, train and retain a quality team. An average person in our Company goes through a minimum of 75 hours of training before getting on the job at entry level and at least one month of training at Managerial level. Our training programmes have been customized to meet with our needs and are comparable to the best in the business.

Validated Systems and Processes

At TLC, we have developed proprietary systems and processes for managing our outsourcing business. These are documented in Standard Operating Manuals and available for our clients to see. These systems are tested across programmes and ensure that all activities run on auto. Our data mining tools allow us to provide excellent MIS, both for administrative purposes as well as for decision making by clients.
